Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

Return eligibility +
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products.
How to request a return +
To start a return, please email our customer care team at info@glowthskincare.com. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Refund process +
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items +
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@glowthskincare.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll make sure to send a replacement or process a refund right away.
Exceptions +
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Products purchased as part of a promotion or bundle may be subject to different return conditions, which will be stated at checkout.
